Sakura, a member of girl group LE SSERAFIM, shared her impressions after watching the solo stage of fellow member, Huh Yunjin.
On June 11th, Huh Yunjin performed her self-composed songs live at the 2023 Weverse Con Festival, which was held at KSPO Dome and 88 Jamsil Tuft Field in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
While she had been on stage with LE SSERAFIM the day before, Huh Yunjin filled the stage with her solo act the next day. LE SSERAFIM members also appeared in the audience, passionately supporting Huh Yunjin’s solo stage, showcasing heartwarming loyalty.
Furthermore, LE SSERAFIM Sakura wrote a long message on the fan community platform Weverse on the same night, expressing her thoughts on Huh Yunjin’s stage.
In particular, Sakura wrote, “Even though the sun continues to shine, there was also rainfall. Yet, amid the ever-changing sky, the sun is undeniably present. I think the weather today seems to represent Yunjin, not just the brightness, but also the depth that she possesses.”
The LE SSERAFIM member continued to praise Huh Yunjin by writing, “Yunjin, who expressed herself in her own language, with her own melody, her own heart, and her own voice, seemed very happy. Normally, I only watch Yunjin from the side while onstage, but now that I was able to see her from the front this time, I couldn’t help but think, ‘Ah, this person is like the sun itself’.'”
Finally, Sakura exclaimed, “I may not know all the conflicts and thoughts that she has, as well as the steps she has walked, from the day that she dreamt of becoming a singer until she reached such a dream, but from today onwards, I can continue to see her. It was a stage that made me so happy and proud. It was the best. Well done, Yunjin.”
