LE SSERAFIM and New Jeans are the only K-pop artists named in the list of Best 100 songs by NPR Music
LE SSERAFIM and New Jeans boast popularity in the United States.
On December 15th (local time), the US public radio station ‘NPR Music’ announced the ‘2022 Best Songs 100’.
LE SSERAFIM ranked 50th with the title track of their 2nd mini album, ‘ANTIFRAGILE’.
NPR Music praised ANTIFRAGILE as “almost the only song that reflects K-pop’s unique ability to capture global sounds and transform them into something new.”
New Jeans ranked 85th with their debut song ‘Hype boy’. LE SSERAFIM and New Jeans are the only K-pop artists to make the list.
NPR Music said, “New Jeans is more than just a retrospective. Synthpop, Moombahton rhythms, and electronic music are blended precisely and smoothly.”
