Park Yeon Jin (Lim Ji Yeon), who committed severe school violence, such as threatening and burning the victims’ bodies using hot curling irons, killing Yoon So Hee by pushing her off a building and escaping from her crime with a false testimony from Jeon Jae Joon. Therefore, Park Yeon Jin, when she was a minor, is likely to be subject to charges, such as causing special injuries, habitual threats, and possibly involuntary manslaughter as it is difficult to prove Yoon So Hee’s case as intentional murder. Lawyer Kim said, “According to the Juvenile Act, the expected maximum sentence for Park Yeon Jin is 10 years of imprisonment and the minimum is 5 years”.

Similarly, Son Myung Oh (Kim Gun Woo), who physically assaulted and sexually harassed Moon Dong Eun, is expected to receive a sentence of 3-5 years in prison on charges of causing special injuries, sexual abuse, etc. Jeon Jae Joon (Park Sung Hoon), who made Yoon So Hee become pregnant, may be imprisoned for more than 5 years or even received life imprisonment for rape charges. Lee Sa Ra (Kim Hieora) and Choi Hye Jung (Cha Joo Young) may be charged with causing special injuries depending on their involvement in the bully cases.

After becoming adults, the five committed more serious crimes.

Park Yeon Jin hit Son Myung Oh with a wine bottle, causing severe injuries that led to his death. She even asked a police officer to dispose of Son Myung Oh’s body. In this regard, lawyer Kim said, “Adding these charges to the crime she committed during her childhood, a life imprisonment is expected”.

Son Myung Oh may be sentenced to life imprisonment or imprisonment of more than 5 years for making illegal drug transactions. 7 years of imprisonment and a fine of 50 million won can be added to the sentence for his acts of illegally filming 19+ videos of Lee Sa Ra and sexually assaulting Kim Kyung Ran.

Choi Hye Jung illegally distributed Lee Sa Ra’s 19+ video so she may be imprisoned for up to 7 years and fined up to 50 million won. A suspended sentence may be possible depending on her agreement with Lee Sa Ra.

Lastly, lawyer Kim Bo Kyung said, “I hope students will be more alert after watching these kinds of dramas and movies”.
