On Sep 28th, a new episode of the YouTube channel “INSPECTOR” was released, featuring Jeongyeon meeting Kwon Eun-bi to search for beloved items.
The two, who share a bond through their experiences in girl groups, displayed a friendly connection despite it being their first meeting, with both commenting that they felt “comfortable” around each other.
As Jeongyeon looked at the trophies displayed at Kwon Eun-bi’s agency, she asked, “What kind of award do you want?” Kwon Eun-bi replied, “I want this Baeksang! Baeksang Arts Awards!” When asked “Do you want to act?”, Kwon Eun-bi responded “I like it. I recently filmed a movie”, revealing that she debuted as an actress in Japan through the movie “Unlocked”.
When Jeongyeon asked her to say one of her lines, Kwon Eun-bi smilingly said, “You know what’s really fascinating? I totally forgot everything. I just memorized the whole thing in Japanese.” Jeongyeon, impressed, said, “You must be really good at Japanese.” Kwon Eun-bi replied, “No, I’m not. But I just memorized the entire script and shot it.” Jeongyeon commented, “That’s incredible. Not only do you have to study Japanese, but you have to work on your emotions at the same time.” Kwon Eun-bi agreed, adding, “Even when I said something since I didn’t know what it meant, it was hard to get the emotions right. So I kept studying.“
Jeongyeon then brought up a previous interview Kwon Eun-bi had with Dex, saying, “I watched ‘Dex’s Fridge Interview’. It was so heart-fluttering to watch. I really wanted to ask. Are you guys dating?” Kwon Eun-bi burst out laughing and responded, “To be precise! We’re not dating. We’re just good friends.“
Later in the episode, Jeongyeon and Kwon Eun-bi visited a tarot reader together. When Kwon Eun-bi expressed curiosity about her love fortune for the year, she was asked “Do you really want to date?”, to which she replied, “It’s okay not to date.” The tarot reader then explained that she’s too busy with work to focus on dating and lacks the will to pursue a relationship. Laughing, Kwon Eun-bi concluded, “I guess I should get married with work.”
