Recently, K.Will uploaded a video titled “Climbed Mount Hambaksan at -17°C to Welcome the 2026 New Year” on his YouTube channel Hyungsu Is K.Will. During the video, the production team commented on his sharper facial features and asked about his diet method.
K.Will responded that determination mattered more than technique. He explained, “Rather than know-how, I think desperation is more important. I’ve gone on diets many times, but this time I followed something close to a low-carb, high-fat diet.” He also revealed that he stopped drinking beer for nearly a year.
Joking about his past habits, K.Will claimed that when he drank beer during trips to the U.S. or Europe, he only had one glass. However, the staff immediately countered him by playing old footage as evidence. Laughing, K.Will tried to defend himself by saying he avoided drinking at night, but eventually admitted defeat with an apology, drawing laughter from viewers.

K.Will added candidly, “There’s nothing special about it. After losing weight, I end up wondering how I even did it. It feels like I was tricking myself.” He also shared results from a recent medical-style checkup conducted before a concert. While his digestion and sleep quality were lower than average, his level of concentration was extremely high, surprising even the doctor. K.Will explained that he had been fully focused on dieting and preparing for performances at the time.
Meanwhile, K.Will held his 2025 year-end concert ‘Good Luck’ on December 6 and 7 last year at Kyung Hee University’s Peace Hall in Seoul, continuing to connect with fans alongside his healthier new image.
