KTOWN4U has begun shipping the huge amount of 800,000 copies of BLACKPINK’s “BORN PINK” album to 205 countries

KTOWN4U announced on September 16th that they had already started shipping 800,000 pre-orders of BLACKPINK’s “BORN PINK” album from its Logistics Center in Wonchang-dong, Incheon to 205 countries around the world.

KTOWN4U plans to mobilize 600 to 700 employees a day to complete 300 deliveries over three days from this day on. The company explained that this scale is 10 times more than its largest daily distributing processing count of 30,000.

In addition, KTOWN4U hosted an unboxing party for BLINKs from BLACKPINK’s Official Fanclub at the Incheon Logistics Center. The company provided gift packages, such as photo walls and BLACKPINK goods for fans. A variety of programs, such as unboxing albums, a tour around KTOWN4U Logistics Center, etc., have also been prepared for BLINKs to enjoy BLACKPINK’s music and videos.

Also, it was nice to get the new album faster than others.”

KTOWN4U’s vice president Lee Jong-kyun said, “We are considering organizing unboxing events in which official fan club members participate and celebrate the delivery of the album together as a regular and permanent program, not just this one time”, adding “The release of a new album, which is like a festival for a whole fandom, is very meaningful because it is the time for artists and fans to communicate in new forms.”
