Japanese fighter Kota Miura has been spotted enjoying a sweet public date with his girlfriend, actress Meisa Kuroki, drawing attention for both their visible affection and their notable age difference.
According to Japanese outlet Jisin, the couple was recently seen at a train station in Tokyo. Wearing matching black baseball caps, Kota Miura and Meisa Kuroki held hands as they walked together, exuding a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. Observers noted that Miura was dressed in a sporty jacket and carrying several large bags, which Japanese media speculated were likely his girlfriend’s belongings.
Their relationship has already been a topic of interest since mid-September, when Shukan Bunshun first reported that Meisa Kuroki (37) was dating Kota Miura (23), marking a 14-year age gap. The article, titled “Meisa Kuroki Passionately Dating a Famous Junior 14 Years Younger,” described the pair openly dating in Harajuku on August 11, where they appeared comfortable and well-matched despite the difference in age. Later that month, they were also spotted together at the Azabu Juban Summer Festival.
When approached by Bunshun, both parties acknowledged the relationship, confirming that they began dating in August and stating simply, “We suit each other very well.”
Interestingly, Kota Miura had previously hinted at his preferences in an appearance on fellow fighter Koji’s YouTube channel. When asked about his ideal type, he replied, “I like older women, and I’ve never dated anyone younger than me.” He added, “When I’m in love, I can’t see anyone else but that person.” His comments have since resurfaced following the public sightings.
Meisa Kuroki, whose real name is Satsuki Shimabukuro, was born in 1988 in Okinawa Prefecture and is known as an actress, model, and singer with one-quarter Brazilian heritage. She began her acting career in 2004 and went on to become a prominent fashion model and brand ambassador for companies such as Epson and Giorgio Armani Japan. Her filmography spans television dramas, films, commercials, and stage productions. She was previously married to former KAT-TUN member Jin Akanishi, with the couple divorcing in December 2023.
Born in 2002, Kota Miura is a rising star in the fighting world and the second son of legendary former Japanese national football player Kazuyoshi Miura and model Risako Miura. He has gained a substantial fan following thanks to his athletic skills and striking visuals.
