Even celebrities fall victim to scams despite their fame, with incidents where they are conned out of their homes, cars and even their entire fortunes

Recently, Shinhwa’s Lee Min-woo shared a heart-wrenching story of how an acquaintance he had known for 20 years, who later turned out to be a swindler, had taken all his assets.

On the October 16th broadcast of Channel A’s “Best Friend Talk Documentary Table For 4”, Lee Min-woo shared his life story and talked about the struggles he faced during his childhood. He revealed how he once had to helplessly watch his mother cry when they could not afford to pay their bills, and he was just in the first grade of elementary school when their house was seized.
