“King the Land” Lee Jun Ho X Im Yoona, script reading site “full of laughter”

“King the Land” unveiled the script reading site where the best chemistry and smile were in full bloom.

JTBC’s new Saturday-Sunday drama “King the Land” (written by Choi Rom, directed by Im Hyun Wook, produced by Npio Entertainment, SLL) tells the story of Goo Won (Lee Jun Ho) who is the heir of The King Group, a luxury hotel conglomerate, who was thrown into an inheritance war, and Cheon Sa Rang (Im Yoona), a hotelier who always has an smile on her face till she meets Goo Won.

Director Lim Hyun Wook, writer Choi Rom and actors Lee Jun Ho (Goo Won), Im Yoona (Cheon Sa Rang), Go Won Hee (Oh Pyung Hwa), Kim Ga Eun (Kang Da Eul), Ahn Se Ha (Noh Sang Sik), Kim Jae Won (Lee Ro Woon) gathered at the script reading site. During the script reading, the actors did not stop smiling and laughing.

First of all, Lee Jun Ho conveyed his heartwarming aspiration to “create a scene full of laughter” and showed the character’s individuality with the harsh tone of Goo Won, a man who despises laughter. He expressed the nature of Goo Won, who looks like an indifferent “My Way” on the outside but hides deep loneliness on the inside.

Im Yoona said, “I’ll do my best to make this smile continue until the end of the filming.” She then immersed herself in the role of “Smile Queen” Cheon Sa Rang, who has a lovely smile and bright energy, and showed the true value of a professional hotelier by tactfully digesting foreign language lines.

The strong synergy between Lee Jun Ho and Im Yoona stood out. While giving laughter with the tight tiki-taka, their appearance of realizing feelings for each other caused excitement to the extent that even sleeping love cells woke up. The two’s chemistry heralded the birth of a lovely romantic comedy that will save viewers’ smiles.

As such, “King the Land” is heralding the birth of a new “acting restaurant” with the news of the script reading, where the actors’ fantastic chemistry shone. Therefore, expectations are already high for the first broadcast of “King the Land”, a seven-star sweet romance that will provide the highest level of satisfaction.

JTBC’s new Saturday-Sunday drama “King the Land” will premiere in June.
