Kim Woo Bin holds a special fan event for upcoming comeback drama “Black Knight”

Kim Woo Bin's comeback drama, "Black Knight," is preparing to be released and a fan event is being held.

On May 10th, a fan event will be held in Seoul with the attendance of actors Kim Woo Bin and Song Seung Heon.

On April 24th, Netflix posted an official notice about the “Black Knight” fan event on its social media channels. The application period runs until April 28th, and the winners will be announced on May 2nd through individual text messages after 2 p.m KST.

“Black Knight” director Jo Eui Seok, as well as lead actors Kim Woo Bin, Song Seung Heon, Lee Soo Yeon, and Kang Yoo Seok, are expected to attend the event.

“Black Knight” is based on the original webtoon by Lee Yun Kyung, which was serialized from 2016 to 2019.

“Black Knight” tells the story of a Black Knight named “5-8” who delivers oxygen in a world where people cannot survive without it due to air pollution in the year 2071. The story unfolds when he meets a refugee named April.

Kim Woo Bin plays 5-8, the Black Knight who delivers oxygen. Black Knight” is his first drama in a year since tvN’s “Our Blues” last year, and his first work with director Jo Eui Seok in seven years since the movie “Master.

Song Seung Heon plays Ryu Seok, the successor of the “Thousand Names Group,” which monopolizes oxygen in a world where people cannot survive without it.

Kang Yoo Seok plays April, a refugee who admires 5-8, and Lee Soo Yeon plays Seol Ah, a military intelligence officer who saved April’s life.

This drama is the first project that reunites Kim Woo Bin and Lee Soo Yeon in 12 years since KBS’s drama special “White Christmas” in 2011. “Black Knight” is scheduled to be released on Netflix on May 12th.
