Kim Woo-bin Delivers Warm News Of Continuous Donations On First Day Of 2024

According to AM Entertainment on January 1st, the first day of 2024, actor Kim Woo-bin

recently donated 100 million won to Asan Medical Center in Seoul to support medical expenses for vulnerable patients.

On Christmas Eve last year, Kim Woo-bin sent Christmas gifts to more than 200 children at Asan Medical Center. A week later, he continued donating to the hospital.

Known as a “donation angel” in the entertainment industry, the actor has been making donations anonymously since 2014 to help young people from low-income families. He has also been aiding cancer patients through Ansan Medical Center every year.

Apart from supporting patients at hospitals, Kim Woo-bin also made generous donations when disasters occurred, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, forest fires, floods, etc. In July last year, he donated to people affected by heavy rains even though he was busy with overseas schedules at that time.

In his handwritten card, the actor said, “I pray that more miracles will happen this Christmas. I hope everyone can be happier and more healthy in 2024 than this year. Fighting! Merry Christmas”. 

Meanwhile, Kim Woo-bin resumed acting activities after overcoming nasopharyngeal cancer and won an award at the 2019 Blue Dragon Award. Knowing the pain of fighting diseases, the actor has been sharing warmth with people who are still in pain. 

Kim Woo-bin is also working hard on the filming of Netflix’s new movie “Officer Black Belt” and preparing for the premiere of “Alienoid 2” on January 10th.
