Kim So Hye on I.O.I’s potential reunion, “We almost got reunited, but the plan fell down in the end” 

Kim So Hye talks I.O.I’s failed reunion and acting motivations and advice on “Problem Child in the House.” 

KBS 2TV’s “Problem Child in the House,” to be aired on August 16, features Lee Sang Yeob and Kim So Hye, the leading couple of “My Lovely Boxer.” The actors will take quizzes and join discussions with the show’s MCs. 

In her appearance, Kim So Hye revealed the story behind I.O.I’s reunion, saying, “We almost got reunited, but [the plan] fell down in the end.”  The actress confessed that she missed the old days with I.O.I, saying, “I talked a lot with the members, and everyone really wanted to get back together. In fact, I often miss group activities.”

Kim So Hye will reportedly reveal the real reason behind I.O.I’s failed reunion, raising curiosity. 

Nonetheless, Kim So Hye maintained a positive spirit about her current pathway. She revealed the story of being praised by Kim Hee Ae when the two actresses co-starred in the 2019 movie “Moonlit Winter.” Kim Hee Ae praised Kim So Hye’s acting on a level that could “lead the next generation.” The actress also kept proof to show the MCs, raising expectations. 

Moreover, Kim So Hye also teased that she had acting practices and received advice from leading actors such as Jin Seon Kyu, Lee Hee Joon, and Kim Se Jeong. Because of her training, the actress was able to develop herself more as an actress.
