Kim Seon Ho “I almost couldn’t enter the broadcasting station because of my terrible look”

Actor Kim Seon Ho shared his experience of struggling through the rain to arrive at a live radio broadcast.

The June 21st broadcast of SBS Power FM’s “Park Ha Sun’s Cinetown” featured Kim Seon Ho and Kang Tae Joo, the lead actors of the movie “The Childe” (directed by Park Hoon Jung), as guests.

Kim Seon Ho recalled the time when he visited “Cinetown” to promote the play “Closer”.

He confessed, “It rained a lot that day, too. I took a taxi because I couldn’t hear the alarm. Then I thought ‘That will not do at all’, so I called a motorcycle. I remember arriving at the broadcasting station all wet. I rode a motorcycle and my face was hit hard by the wind. When I tried to enter the broadcasting station, they blocked me because of my terrible look. I told them I came for a radio show, they said it was a lie, so I waited for a long time.

Park Ha Sun responded, “You tried to keep the live broadcast despite all the risks. I heard that the writers fell in love with you at that time.”

“The Childe” tells about various forces, including a mysterious man named “Nobleman” (Kim Seon Ho), appearing in front of boxing player Marco (Kang Tae Joo), who wanders around illegal boxing stadiums in the Philippines, with different purposes and chasing him madly. It will be released nationwide on June 21st.
