On February 11, ELLE Korea’s official YouTube channel uploaded a video titled, “Curious About Single’s Inferno 5’s Dating Styles? We’ll Set the Skinship Speed for You.” In the clip, the cast members answered a fan question asking, “How much physical affection is appropriate between couples?”

Kim Min Ji responded playfully at first, asking, “How far have you looked into this?” Fellow contestant Lim Su Bin joked that men naturally want to express love physically, saying, “If a guy really loves his girlfriend, he’d want to hold hands, kiss, and maybe more… I’ll stop there.”

Ham Ye Jin chimed in with humor, asking what age group would even worry about such a question, to which Kim Min Ji replied, “We’re in our thirties we don’t really have time to stress over things like this.”

Song Seung Il, who became Kim Min Ji’s final match on the show, offered a more thoughtful perspective. “I think it depends on the person. It’s something you should talk about honestly with your partner because it can be a sensitive issue,” he said.

Lee Joo Young added that if someone truly loves you, they would respect your boundaries, while Lee Sung Hoon advised that if one partner feels uncomfortable, the other should adjust accordingly.

Sharing her own stance, Kim Min Ji said, “When you’re just in the talking stage, I think most physical affection should be held back. But once you’re officially dating… the reins kind of come off,” before adding, “If you’re in a relationship, isn’t it okay?” Ham Ye Jin agreed, joking as a fellow 31-year-old.
