Kim Ji Yoon, the older sister of Jisoo, was eliminated during the first round of tvN’s survival program Kill It: Style Creator Survival, while contestant YoYo emerged as the round’s overall winner.
The May 19 broadcast of Kill It: Style Creator Survival featured judges and mentors including Jang Yoon Ju, Lee Jong Won, Cha Jung Won, Shin Hyun Ji, and others as contestants competed to survive the first mission.
Following the completion of round one, the mentors gathered for a final casting board meeting where additional bonus points were discussed. Several contestants quickly became favorites among the judging teams due to their visuals, individuality, and strong on-camera presence.
As the rankings were gradually revealed, contestants such as Dasha, Seo Yoon, Lee Soo Min, Kim Nara, and Choi Mina Soo successfully advanced into the higher ranks.
One of the biggest surprises came when former frontrunner Dasha dropped to 10th place despite initially ranking near the top. The mentors reacted with visible shock after hearing the updated results.
The final battle for first place ultimately came down to influencer Yubin Kelly and YoYo, who gained major attention for her appearance on Physical: 100.
According to the judges, Yubin Kelly impressed many photographers throughout the shoot, while YoYo maintained strong momentum during the competition. In the end, YoYo secured first place by only 174 photo cuts, creating one of the closest results of the round.
After winning, YoYo expressed her excitement by saying: “I’m so happy. I feel grateful and excited.”
Meanwhile, Yubin Kelly jokingly reacted to the narrow defeat by saying she would become “even crazier” in future rounds.
The final contestant to survive the first round was Lim Yoo Ah, who ranked 50th.
Unfortunately, Kim Ji Yoon and the remaining eliminated contestants failed to advance further in the competition.
Despite her elimination, Kim Ji Yoon calmly reflected on her experience and shared: “I think I did my best within the areas I could handle, so I don’t have any regrets.”
