According to Star News on January 17th, Kim Go-eun confirmed her appearance in the new drama “The Price of Confession” (written by Kwon Jong-kwan/ directed by Lee Jung-hyo).
“The Price of Confession” is a drama about the bloody chronicle of two women surrounded by murder cases. Jeon Do-yeon is known to have been cast as the female lead.
Kim Ji-won was recently said to have been reviewing the casting offer but she eventually couldn’t participate in the project.
In the meantime, Kim Go-eun was cast for the drama and the actress is reportedly coordinating her schedule for the filming.
As Kim Go-eun joined “The Price of Confession” team, she will work with Jeon Do-yeon for the second time. The two actresses met in 2015 through the movie “Memories of the Sword” and received huge love from the public. As such, viewers are raising expectations for their teamwork to boost the completeness of the upcoming drama.
Before the filming of “The Price of Confession” starts, Kim Go-eun will greet viewers through the movie “Exhuma”, scheduled to premiere in February. Attention is focused on Kim Go-eun’s new challenges and performances this year.
