JYP’s new girl group NMIXX, “We received handwritten letter from TWICE, sunbaenim helped us a lot”
JYP Entertainment’s rookie girl group, NMIXX, shared a heartwarming anecdote about their agency’s senior group, TWICE.
Rookie girl group NMIXX, who officially debuted with the title track ‘O.O‘ of their 1st single album ‘AD MARE‘ on February 22, appeared as guests on the February 23 episode of MBC Every1’s ‘Weekly Idol’. Their debut has been gaining great interest from global fans.
On the show, NMIXX drew attention by sharing an anecdote where they got touched by JYP’s senior girl group TWICE back when they were trainees.
When asked to tell memorable stories about JYP seniors during their trainee days, they unitely mentioned ‘TWICE’. The members continued, “We were unfamiliar with trainee life when we were younger, but TWICE sunbaenim kindly helped us. We thought of them as nice people because they helped us a lot”. A member of NMIXX revealed that she even received a handwritten letter from TWICE, which made other members jealous.
In addition, NMIXX presents a variety of charms from its first appearance, ranging from refreshing cover dance to ottoke song, an essential course of “Weekly Idol,” to ear-pleasing song.
