According to a report by Ten Asia on November 24, Jung Woo-sung and Moon Ga-bi recently met to discuss issues related to child-rearing and marriage. The report stated that Moon Ga-bi wanted to marry so that she could provide a stable home for their child, but Jung Woo-sung remained firm in his stance against marriage. Although they are not in a romantic relationship, the two have met privately on several occasions, though the details of their initial meeting remain unclear.
After their meeting, Moon Ga-bi informed Jung Woo-sung of her pregnancy. Following a paternity test, Jung Woo-sung acknowledged his biological role as the father but made it clear that he did not wish to become “Moon Ga-bi’s husband or the child’s father” in a formal sense. He has been providing financial support for the child’s upbringing and birth-related expenses but maintains that he will not marry.
On November 24, Jung Woo-sung’s agency, Artist Company, confirmed that the child Moon Ga-bi revealed on social media is indeed Jung Woo-sung’s biological child. The agency also stated, “They are currently discussing the best approach for raising the child, and Jung Woo-sung will take full responsibility for the child.”
In addition, leaked conversations between Jang Dong-gun and Joo Jin-mo, which had previously caused controversy due to their discussions of arranging casual encounters with women, have resurfaced. In these conversations, they also mentioned Jung Woo-sung’s name.
Meanwhile, Jung Woo-sung is expected to appear at the Blue Dragon Film Awards on Novemer 29, and all eyes are on what he will say during the event.
