On December 20, MBC’s official YouTube channel released a preview for episode 378 of Omniscient Interfering View, titled “Special Guests Visit Yumi’s Gamaek”. The teaser shows Jung Woo Sung, Hyun Bin, Kang Gil Woo, Noh Jae Won, and Park Yong Woo visiting a gamaek (convenience-style pub) run by comedian Lee Young Ja.

Ahead of welcoming her guests, Lee Young Ja proudly shared her preparations, saying “I gathered only seasonal ingredients. There’s even punchbowl radish greens from Yanggu.” Her meticulous setup raised anticipation for the cast’s reactions.

Upon arrival, Jung Woo Sung surprised viewers with a candid anecdote that sparked laughter on set. “When I tried to make a reservation, they told me it was fully booked,” he said. “But once I mentioned I was coming with Hyun Bin, suddenly things changed.” The comment highlighted Hyun Bin’s undeniable star power and added a lighthearted moment to the preview.

Jung Woo Sung The Manager

The Made in Korea cast couldn’t hide their admiration for Lee Young Ja’s cooking, praising everything from her signature seasoned kimchi to the spread of fresh seasonal dishes.

Jung Woo Sung’s appearance is particularly notable as it marks one of his rare variety show outings following last year’s controversy surrounding reports that he had a child out of wedlock with model Moon Gabi. His return to entertainment programming has drawn increased public interest, with many viewers curious to see how he presents himself on screen.

MBC’s Omniscient Interfering View, featuring Jung Woo Sung, Hyun Bin, and the Made in Korea cast, will air on December 27.

Set in the turbulent yet transformative 1970s, Made in Korea follows Baek Ki Tae (Hyun Bin), a man who seeks wealth and power by turning the nation into a business model, and prosecutor Jang Geon Young (Jung Woo Sung), who relentlessly pursues him. The series explores major historical events through the clash of ambition and justice.
