On the milestone 400th episode of SBS’s Same Bed, Different Dreams 2: You Are My Destiny, actress and artist Jung Eun-hye made a heartfelt and stunning appearance alongside her husband, singer Jo Young-nam. Dubbed the “Fate Couple” of the episode aired on August 4, the pair charmed audiences and hosts alike — but it was Jung’s art that truly stole the show.
Jung Eun-hye is best known for her moving portrayal of Lee Young-hee, the twin sister of Han Ji-min’s character in the acclaimed 2022 drama Our Blues. However, she’s also a prolific visual artist — and her creative talent was on full display during the episode.
Accompanied by her mother, Jung revealed that she has completed over 5,000 drawings and has held multiple exhibitions. Her mother shared that each piece sells for between ₩3 million and ₩4 million KRW (approximately $2,200 to $2,900 USD), a figure that left hosts Kim Gura, Seo Jang-hoon, and Kim Sook in awe.
As a personal touch, Jung presented the MCs with custom caricatures she had drawn just for them. “I’m a fan of Gura sunbae-nim!” she said brightly, drawing a rare warm smile from the veteran host.
Seo Jang-hoon was particularly blown away, remarking: “Usually, when someone draws you, it comes out worse than reality — but this is way more beautiful!”
The episode also touched on Jung’s personal journey and recent marriage to Jo Young-nam, whom she wed in May 2025. Their affectionate dynamic and mutual admiration added an emotional layer to an episode already rich with talent and inspiration.
