Lee Hye-sung developed into a dating relationship with Jun Hyun-moo, a former KBS announcer, after meeting each other as senior and junior, and has been in an open relationship since November 2019. After leaving KBS in May 2020, Lee Hye-sung moved to SM C&C, where Jun Hyun-moo belongs.
