Jiho to leave Oh My Girl… WM Entertainment announced, “We have renewed our contracts with the remaining 6 members”

Oh My Girl’s Jiho announced her departure from WM Entertainment and her group.

WM Entertainment released an official statement on the afternoon of May 9th, saying, “Our company has renewed contracts with Hyojung, Mimi, YooA, Seunghee, Yubin, and Arin of Oh My Girl. Based on the strong trust we have built together with the members over the past 7 years, we will continue to provide full support for 6 members so that they can actively carry out activities in various fields”.

They added, “We would like to inform you that our exclusive contract with Ji-ho has been terminated as we respect Jiho’s decision to pursue a new dream after a long and in-depth discussion with the members and our company.”

The company also said, “We would like to express our gratitude to Jiho for having been with us for 7 years and we sincerely root for Jiho’s future activities, adding, “6 remaining members will continue their activities as Oh My Girl”.
