Actor Ji Chang-wook was discharged from the artillery brigade in Cheolwon, Gangwon Province, on April 27th morning after completing about 21 months of mandatory military service.
Ji Chang-wook entered the boot camp in Cheolwon, Gangwon Province, in August 2017 and has continued his military service after being assigned to an artillery brigade in Cheolwon, Gangwon Province after receiving the badge from his five weeks of basic military training. He also appeared in the army’s musical “Shinheung Military Academy” during his military service.
Ji Chang-wook debut in 2008 with the drama “You Stole My Heart”, but he only became a household name after his first main role in “Smile Again”. Since then, he has continued his acting career by crossing screen to musical stages. Director Jang Jin is considering Ji for a role in his “The Star City” after the actor’s return from the military.
