The Netflix series “Glitch”, which stars actresses Jeon Yeo Bin and Nana, confirmed release date and synopsis.
It was recently confirmed that the Netflix series “Glitch” will be released on October 7th and presented in over 190 countries around the world.
“Glitch” is a K-drama that follows Jihyo – who sees aliens, and her friend Bora – who tracks them. Together, the two try to find the whereabouts of Jihyo’s missing boyfriend, and unveil unconfirmed mysteries.
”Glitch” refers to a temporary malfunction of a machine or a bug in the system, and in this series, it represents the special experience that suddenly appeared in the ordinary life of the two friends.
Here, Jeon Yeo Bin will transform into Hong Jihyo, who sees aliens from time to time, but lives a normal life pretending to be invisible. Meanwhile, Nana assumes the role of Jihyo’s childhood friend, Heo Bora, who is a streamer that pursues a mysterious phenomenon.
The duo get together after the disappearance of Jihyo’s boyfriend, and promise to show an interesting chemistry as friends who have known each other since they were young.
“Glitch” is directed by Roh Deok – the man behind K-drama “Temperature of Love” and “Journalist”. It is also penned by the screenwriter of “Extracurricular”, Jin Han Sae.
Commenting on the drama, an official said: “The story expands in a direction never imagined. The two characters growing in it will give viewers fresh pleasure and surprise.”
