On the upcoming March 30 broadcast of SBS’s “Uh, but Like, Seriously!”, Jeon Somi will appear as a guest and kick things off with a dance battle alongside the four MCs, promising plenty of laughter.
During a recent recording, Jeon Somi shared that she holds three passports South Korean, Dutch, and Canadian. She explained, “I use my Korean passport the most, but the Dutch one is convenient for traveling in Europe, and the Canadian passport works well when going to the U.S.,” showing the advantages of her triple nationality. When Kai jokingly mentioned that Lee Soo Ji might also have multiple passports, comedian Lee Soo Ji humorously responded, “I have about 18,” mimicking a playful tone that drew laughter.
Known for her outgoing “power E” personality, Jeon Somi also shared memorable anecdotes. She recalled a time when her car battery died in Yeonhui-dong, saying she actually enjoyed the situation because she felt like everyone was watching her, which amused the cast. She also revealed a humbling moment when a man approached her in Hongdae asking for her number only to not recognize her even after she showed her face, instead commenting that she looked “exotic,” sparking laughter on set.
Later, Jeon Somi shocked everyone by confessing that a fortune teller told her this year is the best time for her to get married. She said, “I went to have my fortune read, and they told me my marriage luck is strongest this year. It might come again later, but this year is the peak,” expressing regret that her current situation doesn’t allow it. In response, Tak Jae Hoon jokingly advised, “Marriage and death are best postponed as long as possible,” sending the studio into laughter.
