In early November, Jennie will move ODD Atelier, her independent label, into a newly built commercial property in Hannam-dong, Yongsan. The building spans five floors (one underground and four above), with a total area of 927㎡ (approximately 280 pyeong). Designed by renowned architect Hong Tae-sun recognized in 2024 as an Honorary Fellow of the American Institute of Architects the property was previously listed for lease at a deposit of 1.5 to 2.5 billion KRW with monthly rent ranging between 60 million and 80 million KRW. Its estimated market value stands at around 45 billion KRW.

Jennie’s decision comes as the lease for her current Itaewon office, which expires in October, reaches its end. The previous office had sparked controversy after being converted from a gallery space into an office without proper permits, violating building regulations. Yongsan District authorities are reportedly preparing administrative action against the property’s owner.

Meanwhile, Jennie remains active with BLACKPINK’s ongoing “Deadline” world tour. This marks the group’s first full-scale world tour in two years since Born Pink, which attracted 1.8 million fans and became the largest K-pop girl group tour in history. During this tour, BLACKPINK made history by becoming the first K-pop girl group to perform at London’s legendary Wembley Stadium, adding symbolic significance to its scale. Upcoming stops include Kaohsiung, Bangkok, Jakarta, Bulacan, Singapore, Tokyo, and Hong Kong. In addition, BLACKPINK is set to make a comeback in November with a brand-new album.
