Jang Wonyoung is the busiest idol at KBS Gayo Daechukje 2022: From MC to performing with IVE and collab stage
MCing, IVE’s stage, and special stage with Yuna and Miyeon. Jang Wonyoung was especially busy at the 2022 KBS Gayo Daechukje.
On December 16th, the 2022 KBS Gayo Daechukje was held at the Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium. The MCs on this day were Kim Shinyoung, IVE’s Jang Wonyoung, and Na Inwoo.
ITZY’s Yuna, IVE’s Jang Wonyoung, and (G)I-DLE’s Miyeon formed the project girl group YuWonMi. Jang Wonyoung, who had different roles within one night, said, “I’m busy going back and forth, but I’m so happy that I can show you various stages through Gayo Daechukje.”
Miyeon spoiled YuWonMi’s special stage, saying, “YuWonMi will show a stage of the songs that were greatly loved during the Y2K era.” Jang Wonyoung added, “We are performing the songs of the queens of that era.”
Jang Wonyoung performed S.E.S’s ‘LOVE’ which emphasized her innocence. Her sparkly hair chain caught the eye. Jang Wonyoung’s elegant voice tone also stood out.
Miyeon presented a festive performance with Uhm Jung Hwa’s ‘Festival’. The retro sensibility of her bandana and bell-bottom pants style created a nostalgic feeling. Miyeon’s cool dance line also impressed.
Yuna radiated her freshness with Lee Hyori’s ‘U Go Girl’. She reminded fans of Lee Hyori by wearing hoop earrings and a cropped top.
