Former BEAST member Jang Hyun-seung, who now goes by the stage name ABLE,drew attention with an unexpected “19-rated” confession.
On March 5th, the 4th episode of web content “Come Over” (literal translation) were uploaded to the YouTube channel “kaogaii”. Here, singers Swings, Kid Milli, Kim Sang Min, Jang Hyunseung, and composer Sewoo appeared as guests and talked about their current situation.
Jang Hyunseung, who moved to Swings’ company MINDFIELD in October of last year, mentioned his past activities as a member of boy group BEAST and confessed, “My happiness index is higher now. I really like my current situation where I can make music with my individualism. Though I earned more money then, I’m happier now”.
According to Jang Hyunseung, he contacted Swings via text message before moving to MINDFIELD and was moved by the rapper’s perspective and values, so he decided to follow him.
Afterwards, Jang Hyunseung discussed the topic of dating and was asked about a moment where he wanted to brag about his lover.
In response, Jang Hyunseung answered, “I was watching something (with other people) when an advertisement (with his lover) came out. The other members were impressed, and said “Oh~ your lover is a CF star.”
Then, the male single moved onto a more “spicy” question, which was, “What was the most shocking thing you heard after sex?”
Hearing this, Jang Hyunseung pondered for a while and surprised everyone by saying, “One time, I heard someone say, ‘It was fun, but you are smaller than usual’.”
On the other hand, Jang Hyunseung was eliminated from the final lineup of BIGBANG after training under YG Entertainment for a while.
After that, in 2009, he debuted as a member of the idol group BEAST and became popular. He also worked with HyunA in the mixed unit “Trouble Maker”.
After leaving BEAST in 2016, Jang Hyunseung became a solo singer. In October of last year, he signed with MINEFIELD, a hip-hop label founded by Swings, and released the single “Feeling”.
