Girl group ITZY, which is about to make a comeback, is raising expectations by giving off a black hole-like charm.
ITZY will release their new mini album “Kill My Doubt” on July 31st and promote with the title track “Cake”. The agency JYP Entertainment is raising the heat for ITZY’s first comeback in 2023 by sequentially releasing teasing contents that allow us to feel the concept of the new album. At midnight on July 13th, additional concept photos and clip were posted on the official SNS channels, drawing attention from K-pop fans.
In the photos, Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong and Yuna catch the eye with a determined atmosphere in the locker room ahead of the match. All-black styling, confident attitude and chic aura embody their own charisma. In addition, the concept clip, which stands out with a vivid sense of realism, captures ITZY’s professional aspect in front of the camera. The members show fascinating visuals and increase viewers’ immersion level.
The new album “Kill My Doubt” is a work that embodies ITZY’s unique candid and confident charm, expressing “solid faith and courage that breaks doubts about themselves” through a total of 6 tracks, including the title song “Cake”. “Cake” is the first collaboration between popular K-pop composers Black Eyed Pilseung and ITZY, raising expectations for a special synergy that will represent the summer of 2023. ITZY, who fascinated global fans every summer with “Icy”, “Not Shy” and “Sneakers”, plans to solidify their position as “Summer Queen” through the new song.

The pop-up store will be held at The Hyundai Seoul in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul from July 27th to August 9th. The on-offline showcase will be held on the day of the release of the new album (July 31st).
