“It’s so touching, Yeon Jin”…Lim Ji Yeon celebrates Kim Gun Woo’s first musical challenge

The actors of “The Glory” are still maintaining their warm friendship.

On May 27th, actor Kim Gun Woo posted several photos with the caption “It’s so touching, Yeon Jin“.

In the photos, Lim Ji Yeon visited the performance hall to celebrate Kim Gun Woo’s first musical challenge.

Kim Gun Woo, who left a strong impression as Son Myeong Oh in “The Glory”, is appearing in the musical “Pari Bakery” (until June 25th), which opened at S Theater, Sejong Center for the Performing Arts, Seoul on May 13th.

Kim Gun Woo is a talented actor whose acting has been recognized to the extent of being the top of Korea National University of Arts’ School of Drama, but this is his first time trying a musical. At the press call on May 19th, Kim Gun Woo said, “I’ve always had a longing for the stage. I’m very grateful to those who chose me.” Besides, Kim Gun Woo will appear in the jukebox musical “The Days” (name of a song by Kim Kwang Seok), which will open in July.

Lim Ji Yeon will present a female two-top work with Kim Tae Hee in Genie TV’s original series “Lies Hidden in My Garden”, which is scheduled to premiere on June 19th. Based on the best-selling novel of the same name, this suspense thriller tells the story of two women – one lives a perfect life that others envy but faces changes with one suspicion, and one struggles to escape from her unhappy life.

The friendship between the two senior and junior from the Korea National University of Arts is still ongoing after “The Glory”.
