After Dispatch and freelance journalists cleared up Kim Seon Ho’s scandal, the actor has just been confirmed to return with a new role.
According to the film industry on the 1st, investment distributor NEW and director Park Hoon-jung made the final decision on Kim Seon Ho‘s appearance in ‘Sad Tropical’ after a long discussion. ‘Sad Tropical’ is about a boy who dreams of becoming a boxer with a Korean father and a Filipino mother, who comes to Korea to find his father who abandoned him and meets bad guys. This is a new project that director Park Hoon-jung is preparing after ‘The Witch 2’.
As earlier planned, right after the end of Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha, he would start filming ‘Sad Tropics’ in November without a break. However, due to the scandal, the filming schedule has been postponed to December. Notably, this is the first big screen movie that Kim Seon Ho participated in.
Meanwhile, also on the morning of November 1, Dispatch released a series of messages between Kim Seon Ho and his ex-girlfriend, Choi Young Ah.
