“Extraordinary Attorney Woo” Hanbada team showed off their cute charm to the fullest.
In episode 9 of ENA’s “Extraordinary Attorney Woo“, which aired on July 27th, Hanbada, the law firm in charge of defending Bang Gu-ppong (Koo Kyo-hwan), who was arrested on charges of abducting minors, was depicted.
Bang Gu-ppong, who calls himself the commander-in-chief of the Children’s Liberation Army, was arrested for hijacking a bus from Mujin Academy and taking elementary school students inside it to a nearby hill.
On the day of his final argument, Bang Gu-ppong requested that members of the Children’s Liberation Army come to trial. Bang Gu-ppong’s opinion was that “As the commander-in-chief of the Children’s Liberation Army, I want to show that I have never been ashamed of myself even if I receive punishment.”
Hanbada team persuaded parents to allow children to attend Bang Gu-ppong’s final argument.
While the bus was about to move off with all the children on it, a child asked Lee Joon-ho (Kang Tae-oh), “What’s your name? Are you also Bang Gu-ppong?”
When Lee Joon-ho hesitated, Woo Young-woo (Park Eun-bin) tried to approach them in a friendly manner, introducing, “He’s Lee Butthole.” The children burst into laughter.
Woo Young-woo then smiled brightly, saying, “I’m Woo, Woo, Woo, Woo, Space Booger.” It was the name Bang Gu-ppong recommended to Woo Young-woo earlier, explaining that it should be like this to make children laugh.
Afterwards, the children looked at Jung Myung-seok (Kang Ki-young) and Kwon Min-woo (Joo Jong-hyuk) and asked, “What are you two’s names?” Jung Myung-seok made children sigh as he replied, “We’re just lawyers.”
Then Kwon Min-woo, who could not lose to Woo Young-woo, made the atmosphere lively by saying, “I’m Kwon Pooping.”
In the end, Jung Myung-seok made children laugh their heads off as he said, “I’m Jung Bbung Bbung.”
Viewers responded enthusiastically, such as “Hanbada team is really cute” and “The moment when ‘master of trickery’ was also cute.”
Meanwhile, “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” tells the survival story of Woo Young-woo, a rookie lawyer who has a genius brain and autism spectrum disorder, at law firm Hanbada. It broke its own record with a nationwide rating of 15.8% (Nielsen Korea, paid households) in episode 9.
