iKON Bobby updated SNS on his 27th birthday, 4 months after the announcement of his marriage and the birth of his son
iKON Bobby gave an update on his recent status after a long time.
On December 21st, Bobby posted a photo on his Instagram and wrote, “I have been waiting for this since I was born.”
The released photo is a screen capture of the date December 21st and the time with the same numbers taken by Bobby to mark his birthday. His post attracted keen attention as it was his first update after 4 months since August.
Through a handwritten letter posted earlier in August, Bobby announced the news of his marriage and his fiancé’s pregnancy of his first child who would be born one month later.
At that time, Bobby said, “In fact, I’m happy to have a new family but I feel more sorry towards fans who will be shocked by this sudden news”, adding, “To my members and fans who have been waiting for iKON’s activities and I will do my best to not let you down.”
After then, his agency – YG Entertainment announced on September 27th, saying “Bobby recently welcomed a son”.
Regarding Bobby’s resuming his SNS activities on the celebration of his 27th birthday, fans left many congratulations, “Happy birthday”, “Bobby, congratulation on your becoming a daddy”, “Long time no see”, “Happy birthday young dad”, “Congratulation on your son’s birth”
Meanwhile, Bobby was born in 1995 and is 27 years old. He debuted as a member of boy group iKON one year after winning Mnet’s “Show Me The Money 3” in 2014.
Recently, Bobby featured in a song of Winner Song Min-ho’s 3rd solo full album “TO INFINITY.”
