Taiwanese media recently stirred up buzz by reporting that Shuhua (Yeh Shuhua) of I-DLE is allegedly in a secret relationship with actor Kai Ko since 2024. According to the reports, the idol has even met her rumored boyfriend’s family, with Kai Ko’s mother reportedly praising Shuhua for her good personality.
Previously, in June 2024, Shuhua was said to have attended a private birthday party hosted by Kai Ko alongside several Taiwanese celebrities. The actor also left comments interacting with the idol on social media, drawing attention from fans. However, at the time, Shuhua’s agency Cube Entertainment denied the dating rumors.
Kai Ko, born in 1991, rose to fame across Asia through his role as Ko Ching-teng in the hit film You Are the Apple of My Eye. Despite his early success, his career faced setbacks due to personal controversies, including a high-profile drug case in 2014 involving Jaycee Chan, the son of Jackie Chan.
