Identity of the married woman Johnny Depp is reportedly dating after winning libel suit against Amber Heard 

Johnny Depp’s new girlfriend is revealed to be his trial lawyer in his defamation case. 

On September 22, as reported by Page Six, Johnny Depp is romantically involved with Joelle Rich, the attorney who repped him in the trial of his defamation lawsuit against British newspaper The Sun over an article in 2018 that referred to him as a “wife beater”. The actor lost the case in 2020.

According to Us Weekly, Joelle Rich, a 37-year-old attorney living in London, United Kingdom, is a partner of the well-known Schillings law firm, the legal representative for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. She got married in 2011 to a director at Bluebox financial group. The couple has two children but is no longer living together. However, their divorce is yet to be finalized. 

An insider source confirmed that Johnny Depp and Joelle Rich are in a “serious” relationship. Although Rich was not a lawyer of Depp’s legal team during the libel trial against Amber Heard from April to June, she was still present in the courtroom to support Depp. 

Earlier this year, Depp was suspected of dating Camille Vasquez, a lawyer who repped him in the trial with his ex-wife. However, in response, Vasquez denied, saying the rumor was “unethical” and “sexist”.

She explained to People in June, “I care very deeply about my clients. We have obviously become close. But when I say ‘we,’ I mean the entire team, and of course that includes Johnny.”

It is uncertain when Depp and Rich started to become romantically involved with one another. A source from Us Weekly revealed that the couple met “secretly” at a hotel during the early stages of their relationship. 

Johnny Depp’s rep has refused to give a comment on this dating report.
