Identity of the man standing next to BTS’s RM in his recent Instagram post draws attention 

BTS’s RM revealed an unexpected friendship.

On July 6th, BTS’s RM shared a photo on his Instagram with the caption, “You’re cool, our hyung! #The man who laughs”.

Specifically, RM was taking a photo with Park Hyo Shin, Kim So Hyang, and Lee Soo Bin, the cast of EMK Musical Company’s creative musical “The Man Who Laughs”, which is being performed at the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts in Seoul, Korea.

What attracts attention is that RM revealed his friendship with ballad singer and theater actor Park Hyo Shin, the main character of “The Man Who Laughs.” By referring to Park Hyo Shin as “hyung”, or brother, RM boasted that he was actually close to him and the photo was not simply a one-time proof shot. 

Previously, Park Hyo Shin was also known to be close to BTS’s V. V once posted a video of him hanging out with Park Hyo Shin on his Instagram.

Meanwhile, BTS recently released ‘Proof’, an album that contains the history of 9 years after their debut. The members also announced a temporary break from group promotions to prioritize solo careers.
