On October 12, photos of BIGBANG’s Taeyang and actress Min Hyo-rin at a friend’s wedding began circulating on online communities. The event, held on October 10, was for photographer Mok Jung-wook.
In the image, the couple poses next to a male guest, both dressed in sleek, all-black ensembles — even down to their shoes.
However, netizens quickly picked up on Min Hyo-rin’s slightly fuller appearance, with some even sparking unfounded rumors of a second pregnancy.
Netizens reacted with mixed opinions, saying things like “So Min Hyo-rin gains weight too,” “Maybe it’s just a bad photo,” and “Could she be pregnant with a second child?” Others defended her, commenting, “She’s still beautiful,” “What a lovely couple,” and “She’s adorable even with a bit of weight gain.”
Just days earlier, on September 30, singer HyunA also drew attention after being spotted at the airport with husband Yong Jun-hyung. HyunA’s look featured a black tube top, gray zip-up jacket, wide Bermuda shorts, and Y2K-inspired accessories like layered cross pendants, leg warmers, and toe sandals.
She was visibly more filled out than in previous appearances but greeted reporters with a bright smile. Though pregnancy rumors circulated here as well, HyunA took to social media to address them herself, stating: “HyunA, you’ve eaten a lot. Let’s get it together and start dieting again. Min Hyo-rin debuted as a model in 2006 and transitioned into acting, gaining recognition through the 2011 hit film “Sunny.” She married Taeyang in 2018 and welcomed a son in 2021. Her last acting role was in the 2019 film “Uhm Bok-dong.”
HyunA debuted with Wonder Girls in 2007 and re-debuted with 4Minute in 2009. She also achieved massive success as a solo artist. In January 2023, she went public with her relationship with Yong Jun-hyung, and the couple married in October of the same year.
