Hyeri Caught Sleeping on Set, Staff’s Reaction to Her Drooling

During the advertising shoot, Hyeri took a moment to rest on the waiting room sofa and fell asleep. While watching Hyeri, who was deeply asleep with her head bowed, the manager said, “It seems like she might drool,” and the staff also murmured, “She might drool.”

Deeply asleep, Hyeri drooled slightly, and upon seeing this, the staff exclaimed, “She drooled,” “Quick, wipe it off,” and quickly took care of it.

Despite sleeping soundly amidst the noise, when the staff wiped her mouth with a tissue, Hyeri woke up with a puzzled expression.

Upon returning to the shoot, Hyeri asked the staff, “Did you film me drooling?” and when the staff replied, “Yes,” she made an embarrassed expression. The staff then laughed, saying, “We’ve been talking about you drooling since earlier.”

To this, Hyeri laughed, saying, “I didn’t know. I thought it was so quiet. I was like, ‘Why is everyone so quiet?’ but it turns out I was asleep.”

Hyeri recently became embroiled in controversy over rumors of her ex-boyfriend Ryu Jun-yeol’s transit love.

Hyeri and Ryu Jun-yeol admitted to dating in 2017 after meeting through tvN’s ‘Reply 1988.’ The two, who were considered one of the long-lasting couples in the entertainment industry, announced their breakup in November last year.

Following this, on March 15th, rumors of Ryu Jun-yeol’s trip to Hawaii with Han So-hee surfaced, reigniting rumors of their relationship. Both agencies stated, “It’s difficult to confirm as it’s their private lives.”

Amidst this, Hyeri posted a cryptic Instagram story seeming to target Ryu Jun-yeol, saying, “Interesting,” which led to suspicions of Ryu Jun-yeol’s transit love.

In response, Han So-hee directly admitted to her relationship with Ryu Jun-yeol. She emphasized, “I wish the term ‘transit love’ could be excluded. During the time we exchanged feelings, it was already the beginning of 2024, and our breakup happened early 2023, with breakup articles coming out in November.” She added, “Based on these facts, I confirmed my feelings and continued the relationship.”

However, controversy arose regarding the timing of the breakup between Ryu Jun-yeol and Hyeri. In response, Han So-hee apologized, “I seem to have momentarily lost my senses and made a mistake due to various rumors and stories about my ‘transit love,’ which I find unpleasant but still hear and see.”

On March 18th, Hyeri explained their relationship with Ryu Jun-yeol in a lengthy post, “In November, articles about ending our 8-year relationship came out. The decision-making process was not rushed, and even after the breakup article, we had conversations about it. But since that conversation, we haven’t had any contact or meetings.”

She also said, “After reading a new article four months later, it seems like the emotions weren’t from actress Lee Hyeri but from me, Lee Hyeri,” and expressed her apology, “I apologize once again for causing harm due to a momentary emotion.”
