A netizen commented on Hwang Jung-eum’s latest post featuring her husband, “I understand Young-don. Frankly, if you have abilities and money, you won’t stay faithful to just one woman. If you can’t understand someone cheating when they’re wealthy, then you shouldn’t date them ㅋㅋㅋㅋ“
Hwang Jung-eum replied, “You should read books. Instead of doing this, go make some money. I have a thousand times more money than him. What do you know to blabber like that? According to your logic, since I earn more money and am more successful than him, it’s right for me to cheat, isn’t it?“

Hwang Jung-eum continuously hinted at her husband Lee Young-don’s infidelity through the comments.
Previously, Hwang Jung-eum filed for divorce against her husband Lee Young-don, citing reasons attributed to him, determining that they could no longer maintain their marital relationship.
However, Hwang Jung-eum’s agency Y1 Entertainment stated, “After much careful consideration, Hwang Jung-eum has decided that it is difficult to continue the marriage any longer and is proceeding with the divorce lawsuit. We ask for your understanding that details such as the reason for divorce are part of her personal life and cannot be disclosed.”
