The price of Song Min-ho’s house is drawing keen attention.

The broadcast of Mnet’s “TMI NEWS SHOW” on August 31st was created under the theme “What do you think about this place? Stars’ second houses that make you jealous”.

Song Min-ho’s first house is a detached house that is attached to his family with one garden. Located in Mapo-gu, it is used as his home and studio.

He explained, “I moved to this place because I really needed a studio at that time”. Although the house drew admiration for its artainer vibe resembling a gallery, Song Min-ho shared, “I decorated it like a gallery, but now I regret doing that”.

Song Min-ho’s second house, which is an apartment in Sangam-dong, was also unveiled on the show. This is the house where he can relax. Since many commercial facilities are being developed around this place, which is near a broadcasting station, and there are no harmful facilities, many people have reportedly lived here for a long time.

Song Min-ho also purchased another apartment with the same structure on the lower floor under his second house. His mom and sister are known to be living downstairs. 

Regarding this, Song Min-ho explained, “We respect each other’s privacy, but it’s nice staying close like this”.

Song Min-ho’s second house was revealed to be about 1.435 billion won per apartment. As a result, the total price of his second house with two apartments is about 2.87 billion won.
