Hong Xa-bin

Delivering his acceptance speech, Hong Xa-bin shyly said, “I’m very nervous because this is my first time appearing on public TV”.

He continued, “To my beloved parents and friends, thank you for always supporting me. The words of appreciation are so nice. I feel warmhearted and happy every time I say it”, adding “I’m also grateful to my company staff and people who made the movie ‘Hwaran’. I also want to share this honor with senior actor Song Joong-ki who said he was proud of me”

Go Min-si

Actress Go Min-si then took the stage. She looked very shocked and couldn’t say anything as if she didn’t expect to receive the award. Seeing that, Kim Hye-soo, who worked with Go Min-si in “Smugglers”, gave a word of encouragement to her junior actress, saying “You can take some time to think while you talk. You look so different from your confident appearance on the screen. So pretty”.

Receiving Kim Hye-soo’s compliment, Go Min-si calmed herself and said, “In ‘Smugglers’, the existence of senior actresses Hye-soo and Jung-ah was like air. We won’t be able to express our characters properly without them two”, adding “I’m very grateful that I was able to receive Best New Actress, the precious and shining award that I can only receive once in my life, from senior Hye-soo in her 30th year with Blue Dragon Film Awards”, expressing affection for Kim Hye-soo.
