“Hit by the CEO of their agency…” The idol group, said to be seen abused by their agency, finally spoke up

Members of the group Omega X, which has been embroiled in rumors of being verbally abused and assaulted by the agency’s CEO, have expressed their position.

Omega X posted on Nov 6th, “We created this small space of communication because we wanted to say thank you to the fans who love us and those who support us, and to let you know the current situation through our own mouths, as we are directly a part of the incident.”

The members explained, “We were careful until we get to organize our position because we have signed a memorandum that said, ‘If you upload on SNS without consulting with the company, you must be responsible for civil and criminal matters.'”

“We had a happy time after our group activities, but we also had to experience a painful time. When our pain became known to the world, we were worried that what we’ve achieved so far would go up in smoke, but we decided to step up in courage. It is our group’s second chance to overcome the frustration and have that chance in the hands of us 11 members,” they added.

They added, “Thanks to our fans, we were able to endure the past two years. There were days when we were treated unfairly by our agency but fans became the only strength for us to hold on to. In the future, we will continue to run towards our dreams as we are doing now”.

On October 23rd, OMEGA X was the center of controversies when the transcripts and witnesses of the group members being assaulted and verbally abused by the CEO of their agency in the U.S circulated online.

As the controversy intensified, OMEGA X’s agency released an official statement on the same day, saying “The situation took place after a meal for wrapping up the concert tour that lasted over one month”. They explained, “The members and the agency talked about what they felt disappointed about each other, so when emotions became so intense, they raised their voices. The story continued after the meal, but the members and our agency continued to talk to each other and now we’ve solved all the misunderstandings.”
