SPIRE Entertainment issued a position regarding the allegation of the boy group OMEGA X being assaulted by its CEO.

On October 34th, OMEGA X’s agency SPIRE Entertainment stated, “We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused by the recent bad news”, adding “OMEGA X wrapped up their first world tour ‘CONNECT: Don’t give up’ after the performance in L.A on October 22nd (local time). The situation mentioned in the controversial SNS post took place after a meal for wrapping up the concert tour that lasted over one month from September 16th in Guadalajara, Mexico to September 22nd in L.A”.

Earlier, an article and a recording file from a netizen claiming to have witnessed the CEO of OMEGA X’s agency assaulting the members spread all over the place in online communities and SNS sites, arousing netizens’ criticism.

In this regard, the agency said, “At that time, OMEGA X members and the agency were talking about what they had been working hard on for the end of this tour and expectations for the next tours”, adding “In the meantime, they revealed the stories of what they felt disappointed about each other so emotions became so intense and their voices were raised. The story continued after the meal, but the embers and our agency continued to talk to each other and now we’ve solved all the misunderstandings. They completed the conversations to move forward with deep consideration for each other.”

They added, “Everyone united and worked hard together to keep our promise with fans, so we would like to bow our heads and apologize for not being able to show a good appearance at the end.”

“Hello.

This is SPIRE Entertainment, the management agency of the boy group OMEGA X.

First of all, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused by the recent bad news. OMEGA X wrapped up their first world tour ‘CONNECT: Don’t give up’ after the performance in L.A on October 22nd (local time). The situation mentioned in the controversial SNS post took place after a meal for wrapping up the concert tour that lasted over one month from September 16th in Guadalajara, Mexico to September 22nd in L.A.

At that time, OMEGA X members and the agency were talking about what they had been working hard on for the end of this tour and expectations for the next tours. In the meantime, they revealed the stories of what they felt disappointed about each other so emotions became so intense and their voices were raised. The story continued after the meal, but the embers and our agency continued to talk to each other and now we’ve solved all the misunderstandings. They completed the conversations to move forward with deep consideration for each other.

During the last month of the world tour, we were able to meet and communicate with fans on the other side of the globe. Therefore, it was such a meaningful time that could not be exchanged for anything for OMEGA X and our agency.

Everyone united and worked hard together to keep our promise with fans, so we would like to bow our heads and apologize for not being able to show a good appearance at the end.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the fans who gave OMEGA X this much love. Just as the team’s name implies our promise to realize various values together from our first meeting with fans to the last moment when our dreams are achieved, the agency will protect the values that OMEGA X and fans create until the end.

Once again, we apologize for causing concern to everyone.”
