Highlight’s admirable career, once JYP trainees, now has their company in old JYP building

Kpop boy group Highlight (formerly BEAST), is gaining attention for their astounding careers of “zero to hero”.

In 2016, all members of the famous Kpop boy group BEAST splitted from Cube Entertainment, giving up their group name. In 2017, the group officially changed their name into Highlight, and even established Around Us Entertainment to manage their own activities.

Now, the company is flourishing with Highlight still maintaining their popularity after years and gaining astounding achievements. They are also moving into the old JYP building in Cheongdam District, making this the new headquarters of Around Us.

For Highlight members, this is an extremely meaningful feat, seeing that Doo Joon, Yo Seob, and Dong Woon were trainees of JYP and spent their days in the very same building. Whilst they later moved to Cube, the old JYP building still holds a lot of their memories.

Now, they have returned with a self-established agency, and sit as bosses in the same building where they dreamt of an idol career.

On the other hand, BEAST, now known as Highlight, has taken the Kpop scene by storm with various hits such as “Fiction”, “Plz Don’t Be Sad”, “On Rainy Days”, and many more. The group recently released the ep “After Sunset” in November 2022.
