Henry Cavill on His Visit to Korea: “Regretful I Can’t See All of This Beautiful Country”

On January 18th, a press conference for the movie ‘Argylle’ was held in Seoul. Actors Henry Cavill, Bryce Dallas Howard, and Sam Rockwell attended. Originally scheduled to visit, director Matthew Vaughn could not join due to health issues.

‘Argylle’ is an action blockbuster where author Elly, whose spy novel becomes a reality, writes the next chapter of the novel to escape the crisis and seeks real-life legendary agent Argylle, becoming the target of spies worldwide.

Henry Cavill takes on the role of the legendary spy Argylle from the novel written by bestselling author Elly. Along with his colleague Wyatt, he sets off on a new mission after unexpectedly encountering a secret while pursuing the villain LaGrange.

Henry Cavill is famous in Korea for his role as Superman in ‘Man of Steel.’ He expressed his feelings about visiting Korea, “It’s always enjoyable. It’s regrettable that I can’t see all of this beautiful country during the press tour. I want to come back again.”

Talking about working with director Matthew Vaughn, Henry Cavill expressed, “We worked together on ‘Stardust.’ It was a movie I did in the early days. It was an enjoyable collaboration back then.” He also chuckled, saying, “This time too, he sent me the script and said, ‘I have some crazy ideas.'”

‘Argylle’ is set to be released on February 7th.
