Head Of Hostess Bar After First Trial, “Lee Sun-kyun Was Well Aware They Were Drugs+Used Drugs At Least 5 Times”
The first trial was held for A, the head of an adult entertainment establishment, who is a key figure in actor Lee Sun-kyun’s drug case
On December 15th, the first trial of 29-year-old adult entertainment business manager, A, was held at the Incheon District Court’s Criminal Chamber 10th hearing. Her lawyer demanded a closed trial, but the court proceeded with the open trial in principle.
The presiding judge asked A, who attended the court wearing plain clothes, “Is your job an entertainment worker (hostess)?” and A replied, “Yes.” A’s lawyer said, “We acknowledge all the accusations and agree with the evidence.”
A’s lawyer asked the court to merge the additional case (Lee’s case) if it is indicted later because the police are investigating it, but the presiding judge said the additional case has not yet been decided and replied, “I will judge it based on the situation.”
A was arrested and charged for using and smoking drugs or marijuana three times at her home in Seoul from March 23 to August 19 this year with B (31), a former TV personality-turned-composer.
A is also accused of delivering drugs to Lee Sun-kyun from his usual plastic surgeon and using her house as a place for drug use. Lee Sun-kyun, who was summoned by the police twice, reportedly stated that he had been deceived by A, saying, “I didn’t know they were drugs.”
On the other hand, according to Yonhap News, a lawyer for A revealed, “It was not true that Lee Sun-kyun was unaware they were drugs,” and claimed, “Lee Sun-kyun used drugs or marijuana at least five times at A’s house.” He also said, “The number of doses confirmed by evidence was 5 times, and in reality, it was higher.”
