On June 2, Epik High appeared on the YouTube channel Buddy Nerds =, where comedian Moon Sang Hoon mentioned a film that Tablo helped translate. The movie in question is the Canadian comedy film Nirvanna the Band the Show the Movie, which was released exclusively through CGV on May 20. Moon Sang Hoon reportedly handled the film’s import, while Tablo participated in the Korean translation.
During the conversation, Tablo revealed that Haru also contributed to the translation process. According to Tablo, Haru became interested after noticing him working on the project. “Haru enjoyed the movie too. Before I even asked for help, she saw what I was doing and became curious.”

He went on to explain that watching films is one of Haru’s biggest hobbies. “She watches all kinds of movies in theaters and also watches a lot at home. While I was translating, I would wonder aloud about how certain lines should be translated. Then she offered to help.” Tablo shared that they divided the work into sections and translated separately before comparing their results. “I told her, ‘I’ll handle this part, and you do that part. Let’s meet again in 30 minutes.’ We each worked in our own rooms and then came back together.”
The story quickly attracted attention online, with many praising Haru’s language skills and maturity at such a young age.

Haru’s academic achievements have also become a hot topic recently. Last month, Tablo revealed through his personal channel that his daughter is currently preparing for both SAT and AP exams. “It’s hard to believe, but Haru has already grown up and is preparing for SAT and AP exams.”
The SAT is a standardized test widely used for admissions to colleges and universities in the United States. AP (Advanced Placement) courses allow high school students to complete college-level coursework and earn potential university credit through examinations. The update led many fans to express surprise at how quickly Haru has grown up since first appearing on television as a child.

Born in 2010, Haru is the only daughter of Tablo and Kang Hye Jung, who married in 2009. She first became known to the public through the popular family reality show The Return of Superman, where viewers watched her cheerful personality and close relationship with her father.
Over a decade later, Haru is now earning attention for her academic ambitions and creative talents, with her first film translation credit becoming yet another milestone in her impressive journey.
