“I’ll beat my husband who is starring in ‘2 Days & 1 Night’”… Han Ga-in is taking new challenges to become an “entertainment queen”

Actress Han Ga-in is aiming for the title “entertainment queen”.

Han Ga-in, who recently resumed her activities for the first time in four years since the 2018 drama “Mistress”, has appeared on a series of entertainment programs with many different themes.

Her first choice for a leap forward is SBS’s new entertainment program “Sing For Gold”, which will begin broadcasting on September 25th. This program will show the process of singer Park Jin-young, composer Kim Hyung-seok, singer Lee Mu-jin and dancer Lia Kim forming a performance choir to challenge the International Choir World Cup, and Han Ga-in will be the manager of the choir. She also plays the role of the host in the choir audition.

As “Sing For Gold” has been scheduled to air at the same time as KBS 2TV’s “2 Days & 1 Night Season 4” starring Han Ga-in’s husband Yeon Jung-hoon, the viewers are looking forward to seeing the two’s “couple fight” in broadcasting. Through SBS’s official Youtube channel, Han Ga-in said, “I will work hard to make the show as good as ‘2 Days & 1 Night’ that many viewers have loved for a long time”, adding, “I really want to beat my husband”, expressing her desire to win.

In addition, she said, “That’s my only ‘entertainment character’ for the program”, while actively participating in various promotional videos. Later, Han Ga-in will also appear in MBC’s lecture program “Greek Roman Myths-Private Life of the Gods”.

Han Ga-in is drawing huge attention as the actress has been making outstanding moves that are completely different from the previous time from her debut in 2002 to 2018 when she appeared in various dramas, such as KBS 2TV’s “Terms of Endearment”, SBS’s “Witch Yoo Hee”, MBC’s “Moon Embracing the Sun”, etc. Han Ga-in is known to have expressed her interest in entertainment programs that allow her to have free time to raise her two children who are 3 and 6 years old. After making headlines with her amazing sense of entertainment through Youtube content “MMTG” and SBS’s “Circle House” earlier this year, Han Ga-in has discussed her appearance with various entertainment production crews.

Prior to her full-fledged entertainment activities, Han Ga-in opened a new personal SNS account earlier this month. Judging that there is a need for a channel to communicate directly with the viewers, she is currently managing the account by herself.
