Han Chae Young, “I like receiving ring-shaped balloon from my son more than diamond from my husband” 

On the episode of SBS’s ‘Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 – You Are My Destiny’ aired on July 31st, actress Han Chae Young appeared as a special MC.

During the show, MC Seo Jang Hoon asked Han Chae Young about her husband, mentioning that she is the main character of a loud proposal. They have been married for 17 years, but now it seems her handsome husband has disappeared.

Han Chae Young replied that they live like best friends now. When asked about marriage anniversary surprises, she said her son gives her better surprises, like inviting her to the kitchen with a cute invitation card.

When Kim Sook asked if her son also gives her rings as gifts, Han Chae Young said that her son seems to like giving her accessories. She shared how she received a ring-shaped balloon, which she liked more than a real diamond.

Kim Sook mentioned that Han Chae Young is like the Korean Barbie and, according to her experience of living together in another program, Han Chae Young has some sense in cooking but the final result isn’t always the best.

Han Chae Young explained that her cooking depends on her daily condition. She recounted a funny incident where she made her son kimbap when he was 6, but the taste wasn’t great, so her son said he wouldn’t eat it because he was full.
