Actress Ha Ji-won (47) appeared on Sung Si-kyung’s YouTube channel and revealed that she completely transformed her body for her comeback project “Climax.”

In the video released on March 18, Ha Ji Won shyly reunited with Sung Si Kyung after a long time. While enjoying the carefully prepared food and wine he had arranged, the two engaged in a heartfelt and in-depth conversation. I apply strength to specific points that need stimulation and communicate with my body.” She added, “Thanks to years of consistent training, I think I’ve become much more efficient in exercising,” sharing her personal know-how.

Ha Ji Won also expressed her passion for her new ENA drama “Climax,” marking her return to television after four years. She said, “It wasn’t easy to portray Chu Sang Ah, a woman consumed by desire. Throughout filming, I kept asking myself, ‘Would I be able to go that far if I were her?’”

She further revealed, “To create a sharper character, I went through intense training to reduce my muscle mass and completely change my body type.”

Recently, Ha Ji Won drew attention at the “Climax” press conference for her noticeably slim figure. Speaking about her co-star Ju Ji-hoon, she shared, “Even during intense scenes like a fierce marital argument, we had such great chemistry that we nailed it in one take.”

Ha Ji Won also took the opportunity to share a heartfelt message about the OST “You Are My Spring” from her iconic drama “Secret Garden,” sung by Sung Si Kyung. She said, “I listened to it a lot even after the drama ended, and every spring I find myself coming back to it. When I hear it, I feel loved,” which moved Sung Si Kyung deeply.
